Simply remove your plastic b pillars and replace with your new carbon fibre b pillar trims. These are full replacement held in place with the original screw in the bottom section but will need a small amount of bonding adhesive on the top section. 
Made from high grade 100% prepreg carbon fibre, finished in a high gloss 2k clear coat providing excellent UV protection.
